Cancellation and changes
Registration is treated as binding once payment is completed. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as early as possible. Any exception must be approved by the organizer.

Terms and conditions
These terms apply between LTM AS and the participant who completes a registration for Los Tacos Miles.
The order covers event participation in the selected course and any items explicitly included in the registration flow. The total price must be shown before the Vipps payment is approved.
The registration is delivered when the order is confirmed on screen after successful completion. The participant is responsible for checking that the selected course and contact details are correct before submitting the order.
For registrations tied to a specific event date, changes and cancellations are handled under the organizer's stated cancellation policy and applicable mandatory consumer law. As a baseline rule for this page, registrations are binding after payment unless the organizer confirms an exception in writing.
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, the participant is entitled to information about the consequence for the registration and any refund process that applies.
Complaints should first be sent to the organizer by email. If the matter is not resolved directly, the consumer may seek mediation through the Norwegian Consumer Authority and, if relevant, bring the case to the Consumer Disputes Commission.
Privacy and Vipps Login
We use Vipps Login to identify the participant, verify 18+ eligibility, and prefill available profile details.
For this registration flow we store the Vipps subject identifier together with name, email address, selected course, T-shirt size, waiver acceptance, and registration timestamps needed to administer the event.
The information is used to manage registrations, handle participant communication related to the event, and maintain the registration record. We do not use Vipps profile data for marketing unless you have explicitly consented elsewhere.
